DONATION REFUND POLICY
If you believe an error occurred during your donation, or if you change your mind, Jubilee Road will issue a refund within 7 days of the original donation. Unauthorized transactions must be disputed with your card issuer directly. If a misdirected check was deposited, please contact your bank for resolution.
