DONATION REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be returned to the original donor using the original payment method. To request a refund, please contact us. Exceptions are granted only with legal documentation.

Unauthorized transactions must be disputed with your card issuer directly. If a misdirected check was deposited, please contact your bank for resolution.
